Since its inception, "You Are the Star" DJs have performed over 5,000 engagements, with over 3,500 by Tad himself.  Without a doubt, Tad Travis has created a very entertaining formula that has proven to be successful, in demand, and unmatched by the competition!!!

In  2003, Mr. DJ (Tad)  released his first children's CD called "Shiny the Star" and the Galaxee Band and is beginning to market it not only locally, but around the GLOBE! In 2005, Mr. DJ introduced the cartoon character of "Shiny the Star" to promote the CD and is integrating "Shiny" into all aspects of his live performances. From Singalongs to Line Dances and even Story telling, the humorous interaction between Mr. DJ and "Shiny", and even more so, between "Shiny" and the audience, is a MUST SEE event!

              2006 was  a GREAT year for Mr DJ as he performed at almost 250 events and was in front of over 12,000 kids!!! He also built a recording studio to further write and produce original pop and country songs for artists/ television / movies.

2008 is wrapping up another GREAT year with the introduction of Mr DJ's USA Idol Talent Contest, new "Shiny Video's" and new PRIZES!

2009 looks to be a BANNER year for "You Are the Star"!!! the early word on "Mr DJ's Hollywood Quiz Show" is nothing shorter than UNBELIEVABLE! A totally unique and "Hi Tech" form of entertainment, Mr DJ has again captured a concept that will entertain thousands in the style of Hollywood! Primarily geared towards SCHOOL FUNDRAISERS, "Mr DJ's Hollywood Quiz Show", will be a fun and educational novelty possibly raising $5-20,000.00 for a single fundraiser!!!!!!!
